How do I register an agency on Makan.az?
Open the registration page and enter the company and contact person details, phone number, email address and password. After registration, you will be signed in to your account automatically.
How do I post a listing on Makan.az?
Open the New listing page, add the property details, clear photos and a contact number. Confirm the email and phone details, then submit the listing for review.
Can I post a listing for free?
A private user may post no more than 2 free listings from one verified phone number within 15 calendar days. A business account requires an active Start, VİP or Premium agency package.
How do I edit a listing?
For an agency listing, sign in and select the required listing in the Listings section of your account. For a private listing, use the verified access details used when the listing was created.
How do I reset my password?
Enter your registered email address on the Forgot password page. Use the link in the email to set a new password. Check the Spam folder if the message does not arrive.
How do I purchase an agency package?
Sign in to the agency account, open Packages in your account, select a suitable package and complete the payment. After successful payment, the package will appear as active.
Which agency packages are available?
Start — 5 ₼: 10 listings for 14 days. VİP — 10 ₼: 20 listings for 21 days. Premium — 15 ₼: 30 listings for 28 days. Listings can be posted only while the package is active and within its limit.
How do I promote a listing?
Open the published listing, select Promote listing, choose a promotion service and complete the payment. The service is activated after payment is confirmed.
What is the difference between Bump, VIP and Premium promotion?
Bump — 3 ₼: 24 hours, automatic bump every 8 hours. VIP — 15 ₼: 17 days, automatic bump every 8 hours. Premium — 25 ₼: 24 days, automatic bump every 4 hours.
